Title case and sentence case

Title case: Names of columns and name of paper itself (The Safe Word, That Other Paper). Capitalize everything except articles (a, an, the) and prepositions (of, to, above, for, etc.)
Sentence case: Used for article titles, blog titles, etc. Capitalize first letter, first letter of subtitles, and proper nouns.
No periods at the end of article titles or blog titles.
